Shipping Information

Our return policy is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund . To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that returns must be made in the original box in order for us to process your request.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the item. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe. Please be aware that we do not refund the original postage amount.
In the case of exchanges, we only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us directly. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the postage costs for returning the item.
